Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - hey.... i had a slip up this morning and ate stuff i shouldnt have,, ive been really trying but im just afraid i wont lose 5 pounds by august 27th.... is it possible if i go to curves everday? and only eat cereal or yogurt or egg beaters for breakfast and some protein for lunch and then my only snacks would be fruit or veggies or a pria bar ---someone asked me y i want to lose 5 by august 27th and its cuz thats when im going school shopping for clothes... i need to lose a total of like 44.... i want to be at 165
