Ht. 5"5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - I'm athletic, but when I'm not partipating in a sport I can't seem to find the will to run.I tried jump roping instead and I found out I totally suck at it.Does anyone have any ideas?If it helps, I do 250 situps a day,play basketball an hour a day,and lift weights everyday.

oh also if your lifting weights you may be losing weight but your also gaing musle. Though you way alot are you pretty musculer? See I weighed 200 but now im down to 177 but I still look like a weigh less then that. Though im a girl im still pretty muscler cuz I try to stay active. I played softball during the summer. I play golf during the spring for school. Im a stat girl on the wreastling team for school. and I play softball for the school. Plus I took Taekwondo for 8yrs (I dont anymore). And I also took cardio but I dont no more. When I took Cardio and Taekwondo I was down to like 150 so yeah. Well keep Up the good work and try to also watch what you eat.

To lose 24 pounds all I did is change the way I ate. I watched how many calories and so on I intook everyday and tried to stay under what I need to mainain my weight. Plus I swam alot in my pool and I do so situps and minor workout things. Like jumping jacks and pushups and I just kept busy keep my mind off food and tryed not to sit around as much at home and I quite drinking soda. which is very high in cal. and carbs. and surgar. So good luck
