Ht. 5 ft 2in, Wt. 180 - I have a question to ask all of yas. Say I eat at like 1:00 pm I get hungry again at like 2:30pm. I don't know what to do, I dont want to keep eating to much and to keep gaining weigh, SoOo if people could reply soon that would really be nice. OK talk to you people later. PLEASE REPLY. THANKS.

Maybe you aren't eating the right kind of food. If you are hungry in that short of time. I have heard that if you have protein mixed with carbs, you will be satisfied longer. Examples are a slice of bread with peanut butter, or a handful of almonds and a piece of fruit, or something else like that. Also there are other filling foods that are healthy like chilli, oatmeal, tacos.

ok my suggestions are: 1)perhaps youre just thirsty - youre brain can mistake thirst for hunger 2) youre not hungry your craving - in that case clench youre fist till the food you crave has gone away or eat something like fruit or suck a sour sweet hope thats helpful:)

well when u get the crave for food within a hour or so eat fruits try not to eat big meals evreythime ur hungry just have fruits. drink water vitamin water. have small portions when u eat.
