Ht. 5"5", Wt. 198Goal 150 - God, I weigh more than I thought.Instead of weighing 190, I weigh 198.I made a pact to myself that I would never go over 200 lbs.Starting tomorrow I'm going to be as healthy as possible.Plus no watching TV or video games until 9 at the earliest.Maybe it's a little drastic, but I'm more than desperate.

I did the exact same thing...I was always so tiny and petite, and then i gained a lot. When i finally got back under 200 I vowed to never go there again...I've lost 7 pounds so good luck to you! Laterz!
