Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Ugh, i hate exersizing. Eating healthy isnt that hard but finding the right exersize is. I cant run anywhere because if I go outside, misquitos will attack me and its extremely hot where I am. I can do stretches indoors because I love doing that but how is that gonna make me lose weight? I need to do cardio but I have no where to do it. I could dance in the house to music but I cant do that for 30 minuites straight. Could I dance for a shorter time? Because dancing makes you really tired after about 5 minuites. I ask my dad if we can go to the gym because we have a membership but we still havent gone yet. Im gonna ask him today but I doubt we will go.

Sorry if you don't want to find the coolest time of the day, and take advantage of it. I really doubt it is 101 degrees 24 hours a day. Besides, if you hate exercise, it doesn't matter what options you have, you are going to find excuses to get out of it. I'm sorry you don't like my suggestion. Please lose the attitude, i'm just trying to help.

Get mosquito spray to keep them off, and get up early and go running before it gets hot. Yeah, you might sweat a little, but get over it. Which is more important, to lose weight, or be a bit warm outside?
