Ht. 5'2'', Wt. 132 - Hey guys! Ok well heres my story. I eat ALOT. Heres an example of what I ate today, just so you know. Breakfast=Bowl of cereal and 2 cups of granola. Lunch I had...2 chicken patties and a cup of granola again. For snack I had a few cookies and some candies here and there. When I got home from camp I had a few peices of bread from bertuccies. Its SO GOOD. Then I had some cookies. For dinner I had a chicken sandwitch with a diet coke. And I'll prob go to dairy queen tonight and get an icecream. As you can see, I eat a ton. I also play soccer 5 days a week 2 hours a day. I think I should loose about 10 lbs. I have a small body frame so looseing 10 lbs would be safe! But I really dont know what to do or have no motivation. I LOVE food! Anything and everything. You guys seem to have so much motivation and if yall could help me out, that would be great! Thanks

Well, if you don't mind eating alot but eating healthy, this might work for you: Change the bowl of cereal to a bowl of fruit. For lunch, have a salad instead. For snack, change the cookies and candy to carrots and celery. Instead of the chicken sandwich, just eat a piece of skinless chicken breast. Instead of the icecream, have an Edy's Whole Fruit Bar- you can buy it at meijer or farmer jack or any grocery school. They are healthy for you and very good. All this food is very healthy and low in calories. And with your daily exercise, and a healthy diet,the pounds will melt off!
