Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. start:175 now:150 - ok this has nothin to do with me but, ahh my friend is 5' 8'' and 120 lbs. she thinks that she's fat and is trying to lose weight. she has a crazy idea that she wants to be 90 lbs. i keep on telling her it's unhealthy but she wont listen.
