Ht. 5'5, Wt. 220 - hello my name is nicole and i am 220 lbs. and sometimes i feel so disgusting about myself because i look so fat and i am trying to lose weight but i can't join a gym untill i am 14 years old {i know it sucks!}and i am trying to eat right but it seems like i always end up eating something i'm not saposed to and then i have to "start over" again and so does anybody have any good snacks they eat thats HEALTHY!

fruit. vegies. etc. if u cant stand that plain. season fruit with cinnamon andd vegies with vinegar. orr asa snack have cheese on celery instead of cheese whiz on celery. its actually good@ ! good luck
