Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136ish - crap i sprained my ankle 2nd day of cross country and i dunno when im gonna be able to run again. what do i do for exercise in the mean time? it really hurts to move my legs
Reply from lola, Age 15 - 08/19/05 - IP#: 217.43.222.xxx i sprained my ankle trampolining and i nearly broke it OW IT HURT not sure about the excersizing but if you walk it will strengthen your ankle. Just make sure your extra careful not to go over on it because i did so many times and its still not properly healed
Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 08/19/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Yeah, I know that sucks. Last year I fractured my foot playing soccer, and couldn't run, or anything, for 6 months. Anyway, try doing crunches, and things like that. My sister sprained her ankle a couple of weeks ago, and it healed really quickly. You'll probably only be out for a couple (maybe a few) weeks.
