Ht. 5'3, Wt. 216 - Hi,
I am 17 and I really want to loose weight by sept 18th for my friends birthday party. I want to loose around 20 to 25 pounds. Can snyone give me good ideas. I quit drinking pop and I drink 8 glasses of water a day what else can I do that will help me acheive my goal?

wow, you sound just like me, same height and weight. Actually I've lost 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks and 5 days, so I am down to 209.5 :D !!! I have just been cutting my calories down to 1200 a day, and working out for half an hour 5 days a week(though I have missed a few days, cause I was sick). Then I have been giving myself a break on the weekends, allowing myself to have one dessert on Saturday or Sunday, so I won't binge on sweets. Anyways, since I've already lost some weight, it has given me more confidence and motivation. Hope I could help and good luck!!!

exercise and eat less junk, its basic
get loads of cardio, lk everyday (30 mins)
eat proper healthy meals, dont snack on junk
