Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 155 - What do you guys do when you go to a party? It is like ALL food and I don't want to go out of my diet and start eating things like pop and desserts. AHHH, it is sooooo hard to stay on track!!!!

dnot eat it. at all. eat a meal before u go or something . now going out for dinner, or spending time at a friends for awhile is hard > hmm.

well i made up a "set" where i do a few different ones and one set consists of 50 crunches, 30 oblique crucnches (the one where you twis from side to side), 20 side raizes (lay on one side and lift and lower your leg but dont let it hit the floor then switch sides), flutter kicks (you lay on your back and lift your legs kind of like you were joging and each time your leg passes each other then thats one...if that confuses you then just hold your legs about an inch off the ground for thirty seconds. well if you have any more questions then ask...i know this sounds like a lot but i space each excersize out like ill do two at once then check my email then do the last two and last night i did two sets but im raising it every night until i reach five or ten...i havent decided yet well good luck!
