Ht. 5'5, Wt. 169 - I am so sick and tired of being overweight! I have been working out for about a year now, and all ive lost is 14 pounds! I try SO hard to control my eating, but i always fail...it seems like everyday i overeat!! How can i control my eating?? I would lose weight if i did control it...i work out 3x a week at the gym, and i never feel like going to workout outside when im not at the gym...i dont know why i am like this...Can anyone help me? I think i need like a email penpal/weight loss buddy...or something....
Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 08/21/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx that is alot. and working out probly gave u more energy right? so u didnt do it for nothing. most of weight loss is in deit though.. so dont feel like the working out was a waste.. ur probly stronger and thats worth celebrating! :)

I mean really, just thuink about where u'll be in 4 months....ur doing great! dont think about the overeating because no matter how much u overate, u ate alot less then u would have if u werent on a diet, i've been on my diet for about t5 months and i'v lost 20 pounds, and thats alot! in only 5 months!!....it really is...so keep ur head up and relize how well u are doing! mucho love Laura
