Ht. 5.4, Wt. 155 - Some one said that if u do not eat after 5:00 you lose weight faster because your body won't store fat. Does it work? But won't you be skipping supper

Reply from Moe, Age 14 - 08/20/05 - IP#: 69.107.67.xxx I brought this up originally. My mom and dad are both dieticians so I learned that after about 5:30 pm your metabolism goes rapidly DOWN. If you eat dinner at 5 The dont eat anything after that, you will practically never store fat only burn. I lost 6 pounds in two weeks by just not eating late. Im so happy.
