Ht. 5 3, Wt. 135 - what kind of weight is everyone aiming for? i mean, are you gonna be stick thin or just in the healthy range? how do you choose a target?

oops sry! i responded to the wrong post haha. umm im aiming for 120. i think thats thin but not too thin. :)

115 would make you thin, but not too thin, 120 is healthy as well. 110 and ur skinny.. (this is based on what ive seen in friends ur height) but remember u cant compare weight so much cuz muscle weighs more etc... so whatever looks good /feels good, is when ur done ! :) be healty and good luck!

im just aiming short term...if i can lose ten pounds, i am happy...then i will go on from there...ideally, i would love to be around 135-140..and im at 169-171 now..

well im not sure but why dont u look at the bmi calculator to check out a goooood weight 4 u. You dont wanna be 2 skinny because thats bad :)

I have set a goal to get to a healthy BMI. Once i get there i may want to lose a little more, but for me it is about being healthy.

I haven't exactly chosen my desired weight yet, but I'm thinking it will be some where between 110-120. I'm already at a healthy weight, but I would like to lose more weight. :)
