Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - ok Ed and Jami for the 135 day abs what have you done today? i am about to do my ab excersizes but i have not ran today because i was at work for nine hours and im tired but tomorrow im going to run before work. and ed im not talking about being completly ripped im just talking about a noticable but not way out there amount of abs you know? well tell me what you guys have done and if any one else wants to do it just say so... also today i ate cereal for breakfast a protein bar for lunch and steak mac and cheese and a baked potatoe for dinner i know ishould have not eaten some of that stuff at dinner but yeah it didnt happen like that well just tell me how every ones doing

Sit-ups, leglifts, crunches are all of the ab excercises I do. I just do a few sets with many reps and I feel the burn.
