Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 goal 130 - i need help on losing weight i need to know how to get the weight off. i play outside with my friends evreyday. i eat 2 meals a day.i eat fruits evreyday. i drink gatorade and vitamin water.the weight is just stuck to me.all my fat is around my legs, arms and stomach,all my ribs are clearly visable. plz help anything info will be aprcitated

Reply from s, Age 17 - 08/22/05 - IP#: 64.48.149.xxx Try going some lunges; they will help to thin out your thighs a bit, not to mention give you more tone. Here are the basic instructions I got off the internet: "Standing upright, step one leg forward 2-3 feet. Keeping your upper body erect, and not moving forward during the lunge, dip your upper body down, bending your rear leg at the knee. Dip down until your rear knee almost touches the floor. Hold the tension for a count of 10, then slowly rise back up. Repeat several times before switching legs. Note: This is an excellent exercise for the hamstrings, bottom, and muscles around your hips. However, use caution not to stress your knees. If you feel pain in your knees, reduce the depth of the lunge. If you have knee problems, talk to your doctor before doing lunges."
