Ht. 5'5", Wt. 140 - Hey, I don't know for sure if it is true, but I heard that if you eat 3 apples per day (like one before each meal), it will help you lose weight. As soon as I buy some apples, I will try it and tell you how it works out.

no youre only alowed 1 apple a day , or else your gain weight cause theyre sweet

Apples are a negative calorie food (meaning it takes more calories to digest them, than they contain) so I guess yeah, it would help. I'm not speaking from experience, but it kinda makes sense...

I'm not sure about that. It's worth a try though. If you eat celery, it is supposed to burn calories as you digest it. Whenever I tell people that, they assume I mean eating celery and only celery, but I mean that eating it as a snack between meals is supposed to help.
