Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - how do you think i did today i wasnt up for breakfast lunch: smartones meal (290) and grapes (???) snack: pretzals (200) Dinner: tunafish sandwich (???)

Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 08/22/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx lunch and dinner were good. if u skip breakfast u must be hungry and under calories. i do it every day (skip) by accident of course cuz i sleep in. what i do then is half break. at like 12 (when i get up_) "lunch) at like 3 then dinner later. just allow urselfto havea bigger snack or something. if ur honestly never hungry though i dont see why u should force urself to eat more. so thats great! :)
