Ht. 6'1, Wt. 276.5 - My weight is constantly going out of control. I weighed myself today and I am now 276.5. What am I doing wrong? I weighed myself over a month ago and I was in the 260s and since then, I gave up Pop and I've been drinking nothing but water and I've cut back a bit on my eating as much as I can...so why am I gaining so much? It's disgusting. My problem is exercising...and I am trying to start a routine but it's hard. I wanna lose weight so badly. My self-esteem is going to continue to go lower and lower...*sigh*.

STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF!!! try to measure your waist instead :) its easier to loose an inch than it is to loose a pound ,,,, (or so i say:) I know you can do it if you try hard enough,, just think, your only 18, you have alot of time to enjoy life, and its hard to enjoy when your fat, so try as hard as you can to loose weight!!! good luck!!

try excercising more. aerobics are really good for burning calories. Running, walking, bike riding, and swimming are all good forms of aerobics and there fun=) if you excercise for at least 20 min a day and eat healthy you should be able to loose weight. and if your still gaining weight you should see your doctor.
