r u crazy thats tooo tooo much ull shock ur body and wont be able to stick to a diet ,, oh man ,, do this. walk 4r 30 mins 4r 3 weeks than 4r an hour and so on ,, what ur doing is dangerous go easy girl

lol i did a 14 mile walk (21 k) and i didnt lose anything!!!!! and it took forever. We were in fields aswel so it was more painful on the feet

You can deffinately do that much exercise without worrying about heart problems. I have soccer practice for 4 hours a day. The trainers wouldn't let us do anything that was bad for us. Instead of doing all that walking, you should jog a bit. It burns more calories. I'm not saying walking is bad or anything, you just might wanna add some running/jogging (perhaps as well as walking?) Anyway, Good Job!!!!

Ahh, that's alot. Working out for so long is hard on your heart, especially if you're not used to it or get tired from only walking.
