Ht. 5'3 , Wt. 149 - my family is so cruel to me and is always making fun of me and my extra material...fat. i want to get down to about 115 but I will take about 125. i was going to do a few cartweels for fun yesterday and my grandpa said i couldn't do it anymore because of all my fat. my grandma has been making me it a fruit for breaky, salad for lunch, and vegies for dinner. i wear a size 15 and she tells me at 13 years old u should be a size 5 or smaller! she said i better do lots of crunches because i have a round belly that looks awful and is hard to get rid of. she asked me if i was pregnant and said i look about 4-5 months pregnant. when i went swimming she said to do 100 laps of brush stroke to burn all those calories and to take fat off of my humongus fat arms. she told me my legss were fatter and bigger then grandpas and she said many other things but i just want a little support and i want to lose about 30 pounds! please help
Reply from emmie, Age 15 - 08/24/05 - IP#: 86.133.139.xxx hey babe, that sux, i feel for you. but their b*tchy-ness can work to your advantage - use it as inspiration and motivation. think "ill show those f*ckers who looks 4-5 months preggers!" every nasty little thing they say will jsut help you remember that losing weight is worth the effort. exercise - do an hour a day. i find that running is really good for me as it calms me down, LOADS. seriously, running helped my through a realy tough time in my life, and it can do the same for you too! also, eat healthily. what your grans making for you sounds lovely, but with exercise, be sure to get some protein (meat) in, to help your muscles repair themselves and not eat each other. eggs are a very good source, make sure not to cook them in too much oil. i find 2 scrambled, cooked in v.small amount of butter, sometimes with wholemeal toast, extremely good after a run. so eat healthy, snack on celery or fruit in between meals to keep blood sugars and metabolism up, and exercise for 1 hour everyday. try lots of dif. exercise to find one you love, and go for it! good luck, *i hope i helped*
Reply from ashley, Age 13 - 08/24/05 - IP#: 82.194.62.xxx bummer girl ,, ditto , i go through the same thing except worse at school ,, try doing some thing about it , so when they see you working hard , not joing in with them on deserts , loosing weight theyll stop , if not have a talk with them and it will work wonders
