Ht. 4 ' 11", Wt. 145 - hey i no my weight doesnt seem like a lot but it is. My doctor wants me to loose 25 pounds. I want to loose 30 pounds or maybe even 40 pounds. I already checked and i can loose pounds and be in a healthy weight range. I eat a bagel for breakfast and some kind of pasta or sandwich for lunch. Most of the time i have pretzels in the afternoon for a snack. And for dinner i have what ever is cooked. Then after dinner / before i go to bed i have a snack. I usally drink 1 to 2 cans of pop a day, a glass of milk and the rest is water. For exercise i swim and jump on my trampoline. If anyone has anything that would help it would be great because this dieting thing is new to me. good luck to everyone else out there!

Don't have pasta everyday for lunch and don't have a bagel everyday they have loads of cals in them. The best way to lose weight is to get your heart rate faster, that burns of fat, don't do crunches and sit-ups and push-ups until you get to the weight you want.

try eating less carbs. im not supporting low carb diets but theres nothing wrong with reducing them a little. u will loose weight.

yea maybe not pasta for lunch that is a lot of carbs
and u need to throw in like at least 100 crunches a day and like 20 minutes of cardio well gl ~*~$ARAH~*~
