If you want to lose weight don't worry about doin sit-ups and push-up all that will waste your time if your tryin to lose to that after you lost the weight. Do things that make your heart beat faster like jumpin jacks, walkin fast, joggin or walkin on tredmill, Go for a bike ride with friends go walin around with friends and play sports you don't have to join a team or anything, play with your friends or if you have siblings play with. So basicly to things that make your heart beat faster!

do 150-200 jumpin jack 20-50 sit ups 20 pushups regular or knee go ride a bike or walk for 30-60 mins and just be active and do stuff! good luck!

try doing 20 crunches 10 jumping jacks and running on the spot for 5 mins. i did it every day for 1 week and i lost 3 lbs :)
