1set ( 50 crunches, 30 oblique crunches, 30 leg lifts, and thirty flutter kicks if you have a question on how todo those just say so)
im on three and half sets a day right now tomorrow im going up to four
for my arms i do right now 30 pushups, 30 arm raises with a five pound weight.. for my legs i do seventy squats
this does seem like a lot but really if you take breaks in between it takes about an hour so its fine also i do running or biking for my cardio it is soo great!
