Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 lbs - I just started excercising 2 days ago and now the muscles in my legs relle hurt!!!!! does anyone know whats causing them to hurt this much???

I have charlie horses, which are sharp pains that just sudden occur in my leg and makes the muscle crap up quickly. I have them when ever i'm sleeping and around 3 o clock. But if u keep exerciseing, your legs wont hurt

If you do a lot of it at once everyday, you are not giving your body enough time to build up your muscles. If you are running/walking/jogging, you may need to do it every other day. If you don't want to skip days, try stretching before you start and after every day. If you are doing weights, you could do some parts of the body one day and the other parts the next.

sometimes your body is not used to alot of exercise so when you exercise more than usual, your muscles start to hurt. after u get into a daily routine of exercise, your body will be used.
