Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 151 - A new revolution is occuring and this new excercise is capable of burning fat while getting a cardio muscles and toning muscles such as: abs, biceps, triceps, pecs, buns, and thighs. This new excercise is called Viking Aerobics. First off, you do 1 squat. Make sure you bend down as far as you possibly can, without bending your back. Next, get into push-up position on do one push-up. Then get into sit-up position and do 1 sit-up. Lastly, do 1 mountain climber. For those of you that don't know a mountain-climber is an excercise where you start in push-up positon and then quickly thrust your knees towards your chest goin going on a count of 1,2,3 ONE, 1,2,3 TWO, etc. After you have completed these excercises then, do each one twice, then 3 times. This is fun to do in a group, and if anyone in the group messes up, you MUST start over. It may not sound like a lot, but these excercises can burn fat, get you into cardio-vascular shape, and tone some important muscles. Good Luck!

You can continue to do this all the way to 10, or even above! Just keep working at it, and you can do more and more!
