Ht. 5ft4, Wt. big - im so tired of skinny ppl commin on here and saying that they need to loose weight and they need to go on diets cuz im a person who really needs one and those people are anoying and they make me feel bad so if ur skinny dont post u make ppl like me jelous
Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 08/26/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx i dont want to sound liek a know it all, but i think someone who is 10 pounds overweight, can feel just as gross as someone who is like 30, . you still hav the same feelings of dissapointment, shame, and feel out of control. its mental and if someone wants to loose weight and is healthy about it, (doesnt look like skin and bones) i supposr them :)>

When that happens, it makes me feel like people will think I am fat when I reach my goal weight, so it can be very discouraging. Just try to realize what you want, and if you are happy with the way you look once you lose weight, then it won't matter to anyone else :)

They still need the support, and encouragement, so they don't end up being huge. Why not stop the problem before it happens? To be honest with you, I weigh 130 pounds, at 5'3, and I know I am not technichally overweight. But i would like to lose 10-15 pounds. My weight, and food, and exercise, controls my life, probably just as much, if not more, than anyone here.
