Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Hey, ppl, does WeightWatchers work? I am trying to research it on the internet but its not going all so well. I don't want to pay all that money if it doesn't work. Has anyone here tried it? How does it work exactly? I know it is something to do with points but I don't fully understand. w/b, thanks.

You dont need weight watchers i am your age and i weigh 131 and i just cant get acite so i told my mom that she could only buy me fruits and i have lost over 5 pounds in one week!

basically ure allowed 20 points and u get guidebooks telling you how many points are in foods so basically u could eat 4 mars bars and nothing else cos all ure points are gone the less points values in a food the more of it you can eat!
