Ht. 5'6, Wt. blah! - i give up! im such a yoyo dieter!! ugh. i eat freak healthy. like bran for breakfast. salad for lunch. chicken and vegies for dinner. run every day for an hour.. loose like 3 pounds.. then the next week break down and evrey night eat more than i did in the past 2 days . like last night i ate 3 bowls of ccereal. a nutella and pb sandwhich and chocolate. at like 1 a.m!! tehres no hope for me. at all. i managed to do this all summer and end up the same weight i began at.

I understand how you feel. A week and a half ago, I was 209.5, and today I weighed 212, and I am having a hard time losing the weight back. It's like whenever I eat dessert, I gain 2 pounds. It sucks, and I wish I didn't break my diet so often. I understand

the funniest part is when i eat the junk and break the diet. i feel like crap. u think that would inspire u and be like.. hey see i dont need this junk? whats my problem. u guys are so motivated and inspiring. ugh. i must really suck especially since my goal this summer was SO small. 10 pounds.. i gave myself ALL summer... :S
