Ht. 5'6, Wt. 152 - i just weighed myself and I gained 3 pounds. I didi execise, I did the treadmill, biking, lifted weights, and danced for 2 hrs. I dont kno how I gained it. Does anyone knows y I gained weight?

I must disagree. Of course it's not what I would call EASY to gain muscle, but if you work hard enough you can deffinetley gain muscle. When I started football I gained 3 pounds in a week and a half, but it was just muscle from doing all the running, push-ups, etc, and I'm almost positive on this because my waist size has actually decreased, and I look thinner then I did before.

its probably cos u weighed yourself afterwards :) see people can give good advice u jsut have to learn how 2 deal with being nice :)

I really doubt you gained muscle from that. I know a lot of people here to think it's really easy to gain muscle, but it really isn't. I don't know why. That's why you shouldn't weigh yourself that often.

If you weighed yourself later in the day, then it is probably inaccurate. Also, with all that excercise, it might be muscle.
