Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 1st G:140 - i don tthink im doing this diet thing right. i think im eating too little during the day, cuz every night i go to bed starving@! and cant sleep till i get up for food.. which make sme feel guilty and i go on a binge. i think its cuz i wake up at 12, and only eat lunch... then dinner.. what do u guys do when u sleep in? add a third meal at like 3? cuz.. its not like im hungry during the day im not starving myself.. but at night i think my body thinks its dinner! at like 1 am lol. ah help?

Eat more healthy foods during the day. Cause at night after 7p.m ish your metabalism slows down and it's not burning so much anymore cause its slowing for the night. So eat more during the day cause then you have time to burn it off. At night people dont do much so your not burning as much. Good luck:)

yeah i lose a good 5 maybe 6 pounds and there all back! k wel 5 are. :(

if you eat something every few hours (healthy stuff tho) no matter what time you get up you shouldnt be hungry by the time you go to bed. bingeing is NOT good idea. You would end up putting the weight back on in the end.
