Ht. 56, Wt. 155 - uggh lol okay so ive been dieting for like 3 weeks only eating twice a day (good healthy portions) cuz my friend whos is skinny was living with me and i didnt get hungry like ever. al the sudden she moves home and i binge like insinly crazy i ate like 1/4 of a cake and uhh i did lose 5 lbs... i gained them all back... UGGH

When your mind is telling you that you want something like cake sure go ahead and have it once in a while as a treat. But if your mind is telling you to do that alot then tell yourself NO I wont have this I'll have some fruit. You have to try to train your mind not to want sweets very often and to eat healthy. I trained my mind to do that. And I lost 7 pounds in one week thanks to that and getting active by riding my bike.
Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 08/30/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx same thing happened to me pretty much. i think its emotional eating cuz like. u know its bad for u and if u were really hungry hungry ud grab smoething healthy. dont get discouraged, try again.. let urself have some cake occasionaly and stuff but cut urself one piece then leave the kitchen or w/e... ao u cant go back. dont let urself to back for more. good luck@!
Reply from emma, Age 15 - 08/30/05 - IP#: 195.92.67.xxx DONT EAT ONLY TWICE A DAY. you would be much better off eating around 6 SMALL meals a day instead coz this keeps your metabolism gong so you burn the energy in the food quicker.
