Ht. 5'6'', Wt. a little over 220 - Ok, here's what I ate today:
Breakfast: Honey Nut Crispy Oats (it's just like honey nut cheerios) with 2% reduced fat milk
Then in school, I had a chocolate chip cookie
Lunch: chicken tenders with one packet of ketchup, carrots with ranch on the side, peaches and 1% strawberry milk
Then after school I drank water, had a medium sized banana and another chocolate chip cookie :(
Then for dinner I had pizza and soda to drink because I'm going to a club meeting tonight.
Gym was my exercise, we rode bikes in place,walked, then ran. How did I do? Please write back. Thanks!

Thats not so good. Pizza, chicken tenders, cookies, 2% milk, soda they are not good for you.
