Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - Hey does any body noe how many calories and fat calories a slice of pizza has cuz I have been on a diet 4 like 2 weeks but I kinda at 3 slices of pizza today do u think I should still exercize today or do u think I ruined my diet w/b plz
Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx if uve been honestly not eating stuff like that for awhile now. and only had 3 slices.. dont feel bad at all! just wait anotehr week or so before u have something like that again. and if u can avoid it completely it will help u loose wight faster.. but u can still eat pizza and stuff and loose weight. just not as fast as ud like. sooo... dont see it as u failed.. just slowed urself down a bit. (fail would be like if u ate 6 slices lol) even then. get back on track. goodluck!
Reply from laura, Age 14 - 08/31/05 - IP#: 68.84.208.xxx yea if your trying to loose some weight i wouldn't be eating pizza. just think before you eat. select healthy foods and you wouln't feel so angrey with yourself from eating all those calories. just look at yourself in the mirior and remember your goal. hey it worked for me and i lost 20 pounds in 2 months and now im 110 pounds!!! ~Good Luck!!!

If it was thin crust and just cheese then there's about 450 calories and 18 grams of fat. But I don't think you ruined your diet, you won't get anywhere if you get discouraged every time you mess up, just try not to let it happen more than 2 times a week.
