Videos and workouts that specialize on a specific body part will help, after you lose body fat, most of them are also good cardio workouts, as well. Besides, companies will do anything to make money, it doesn't mean they work. Think about it, you can have some really strong abs, but they aren't going to show if you have a layer of fat covering them.

Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 65.182.247.xxx First, you have to lose weight, remember you can not spot reduce. After you have a really low fat percentage, I think it's about 15 for girls, and 5 for guys, then you start working on making your abs stronger.
