Reply from brooke, Age 13 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 12.219.12.xxx run around one or two miles 3-5 nights a week, do 100-200 sit ups 3-5 nights a week, and just try little excersizes that will get your heart rate up and burn calories. plus after supper taking a walk is a good it burns extra calories. good luck!!!
