Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 178 Goal= 145 - i want to lose 2 pounds a week can anybody give me some tips so i can do so ??? i would be very thankful :]....

Eat about 1400 a day, but dont try to make up those calories in chocolate like dont skip lunch just so u can save the calories for a chocolate bar - the body does not use the energy in a choclate bar its just stored straight away!! Eat like weetabix to keep u full in the morning then like a salad or wholemeal sandwich for lucnh. Then do at least half an hour exercise a day! GOOOD LUCK!!
