Ht. 5'11, Wt. - ok people, get with it here- we all kno how to lose weight: diet and exercise- but, its not as easy as u can say it.. ive tried hundreds of times to tell myself that i wasnt going to eat junk food or that im gonna exercise- so hear is a full proof plan to lose weight: get up, get a little something to eat, go to school, eat lunch or whatever, come home, do 1 hour of exercise, do homework- and if u dont have any workout some more, get a snack ** heres the thing- keep urself occupied so u wont eat**, then eat a nutritional dinner- drink 1 glass of milk and one glass of orange juice everyday and the rest should be water- i believe this could help us all, we just need to get up our fat asses and do it!! not being rude- im gonna try this bc my weight has gotten to the point were i might have to take blood pressure medicine, so i seriously need to prevent that!! gl

i agree with the keep busy thing. if we were always busy we wouldnt have time to eat extra helpings. also, isnt it werid how u eat less or just what u need wen u want to go somewehere afer. like ur friends waiting for u to finish up so u can shop? uh yeah. i need to keep busy. :)

Ha...ur not being rude, read my post below. Thanks for the tips....I always try to watch Dr. Phil after school though. I guess that isn't as important as losing weight though. Thanks again!!
