Ht. 5'7, Wt. 190 - Ok guys, I am really trying to loose, right? But it is so hard for me to exercie. I have athsma so even if I walk up the steps i get winded. Do yins know of any good exercises that may satrt out easy then get gradually harder?

yo wusup just try doin a lil by lil ya no what Im sayin try ya no cross punchin ta work out cha arms and doin lil leg lifts and pushup but just start off with only 5 and then work yo way up add another 5 every week well I gots ta go I holla at cha later hatter out
