Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hey everyone i'm happy to report I am now back at 280...I know I may only be losing water weight right now but Im very happy...I just weighed this morning and that is the motivation for me not to eat bacon and eggs,instead i'm having a bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios or A BlueBerry Muffin (I made a batch yesterday) and for lunch i'm having a salad with low cal-ranch dressing OR leftover spagetti made with ground turkey and not ground beef.And for dinner,i'm still undecided.Oh and for exercise i'm going to do 50 crunches,50 pushups,20 minutes of dancing and my 20 minute Denise Austin workout tape it's called blast away 10 pounds...it's a very vigorus workout but it does show results after a month.If anyone knows something I could do different reply.Other than that have a good day and good luck to everyone.

it took me the full summer to loose the weight and i think ur doing good with the working out but u might wanna try swiming and walking if u can swim somewhere thats good cuz swimming is the bes way to loose weight it burns so many col.. at one time i love it so good luck see ya
