Ht. 5'8, Wt. 185 - Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while. I need some more ideas for my diet. I eat healthy and ride my bike alot plus I do alot of crunches. I want to loose 25 pounds I just don't know what else to add to my diet to get it to work faster. Got any ideas??? Yesterday I had ice cream and that was a big no no so today I'm not eating anything and all I'm doing is working out. Theres some days where I feel that I'm not fat and other days I feel like I'm really fat and today is one of those days that I feel fat. :( Well if anyone has any ideas or comments please tell me. Thanks!

Reply from hilary, Age 13 - 09/04/05 - IP#: 68.115.95.xxx hey elizabeth. i no what you mean about the day to day thing. im your same height (5'8") but i weight 145. but its not spread it evenly on my like my arms and legs adn face adn collar area and upper area are all skinny and flat or w/e and then there is my stomach so its hard. i no how it feels. and as for your diet working faster just try to take it day by day doing good adn instead of wanting to loose like 30 pound look at it by "ok i want to loose 5 pounds" and once you get those 5 pounds off say oyu want to loose another five pounds. if you take it by fives then you wont feel like a failure and its more likely that you will have success so just shoot small and eventually all of those small goals will become something big. and i think i should take my own advise too. well good luck. and by the way i did the south beach diet without expecting results and not caring but i started to loose weight and thats when i started caring and i started it at 195 and im now at 145. im now doing slim fast and since summer is over im gunna go back to the gym and work out. the gym and the slim fast i no is going to get me my goal. i just want to say good luck and if you have any questions just email me at hilbil1912@hotmail.com

If u just can't possibly do that....then don't way yourself very much. You will not like the result. Weigh urself once a month...it will help.
