If you loose weight, the first place you usually loose it is in your face, so I would imagine that could elimate your double chin.

Reply from Need2LoseWeight, Age 13 - 09/05/05 - IP#: 69.14.33.xxx Ok well i was researching and i got some answers to my own question. 1. chew lots of sugarless gum cuz chewing helps. 2.stick out ur tongue and try to touch your nose or as close as u can go. do this like 30 times. It sounds weird but i read it so i will try it. 3.Dip a few ice cubes in a mug of water and slap your neck and the area under your chin with this ice cold water. Do this about 15 times. 4.Apply cold cream under your chin and stroke your neck from the base of your throat to your chin, with your fingers. 5.Rotate neck slowly in a clockwise direction, and then alternate in an anti-clockwise direction. 6.Lie on your back with your shoulders lifted slightly off the floor. Rotate your head to the left and then right. Tilt your head reaching as far back with your neck as possible, keeping your shoulders slightly arched. Then tilt your chin forward toward your chest. Do this about 10 times. 7.Contract and relax your neck muscles. This firms your neck muscles and can be done any time of the day, at any place. 8. Sit up straight. Now this is just what I read. I will try it but I have no proof that it works. If anyone knows any other exercises, let me know.
