Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210Goal: 140 - Anytime I eat dessert, I always gain 2-3 pounds, unless I have worked out the day that I eat dessert, then I usually stay the same or gain half a pound. Why does this happen, and why is it so hard for me to lose the weight back???

If you want cheescake, have a few bites, not the whole piece. More that likely, you'll be satisfied. Also, they have some really good frozen desserts in the grocery stores now. (Smart ones chocolate chip muffins, or new york style cheescake) You can also have a rootbeer float with diet rootbeer and edys slow churned vanilla icecream. I recommend that to people all of the time. It's really good. Well, I hope this helped a little bit. Good luck!
