Ht. 5'1, Wt. 146 - hey guys i have started my own diet becouse nothing else semes to work. have to really entergetic dogs and they love to run and play. i put on my rollerblades and really felt the burn last night. i have deticaded 2 hours of mt day to exerscising. (5:30-6:00am and 7:30-9:00pm) and i have been eating much better. i dont drink as much milk or pop as i did. i still drink a lot of milk though.water mostly.and slalads at lunch w/ ranch (have to have it)

I really don't think that salads and running with your dogs are going to last very long. Not that dieting on your own is a bad idea, but when we diet on our own, sometimes we tend to get off of it really fast. I guess I just want to tell you not to starve yourself, and not to deprive yourself of any food that you love. If you want a piece of pizza, go ahead and have it. That is, if you've eaten pretty reasonably the rest of that day. Also, I encourage you to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and lower your intake of red meat. Not that red meat is bad for you, but poultry and fish is better. Also, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS eat breakfast. A cup of cereal, a piece of fruit and a cup of yogurt, or even some oatmeal is the best. When you eat breakfast, it starts you metabolism, and you're sure to lose the weight. Good luck!

yeah, i do tha, too, cept without the 2 hours..i do more like, 30 three days a week, or something. i should do more,lol
