And besides, like already mentioned, they are negative calories, so they'll make you lose weight if anything. I've always been told to eat as many as you want.

They're great for you as they're very high in potassium and rich in vitamin B6, folic acid, and soluble fiber. Plus they lower cholesteral and help cramps. Much more healthy than pretzels which aren't high in fat, but very high in sodium.
