Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - i eat low cal , like umm a slice of bread for breakfast, and for lunch i had half a sandwitch , and for dinner i had half of ever thing i eat witch really isnt that much , and i walked and ran all the time and i eat lots of greaps for snacks they help , and i did 200 situps everyday , and 50 pushups everyday and thats about it besides playing basketball( my fav thing to do ) hope this helped tell me how it goes good luck

if you want to lose weight don't do sit-ups they don't do anything to help you lose weight.
