I too have a hectic schedule. Try to make a schedule for yourself everyday with certain time windows for everything. I guarantee that you'll find some time to fit in atleast a half an hour of exercise. Go to walmart and buy an exercise video,(I like yoga and pilates) or you can even just do little exercises on an exercise mat in your room while you're studying or something (I did that tonight**) haha. But yeah, what I do is make an appointment with myself. I knwo that sounds lame, but when I call it an exercising appt., then it's something that I have trouble missing out on. Also, if you don't exercise every single day, don't kick yourself in the butt for it. 3-4 times a week should kick off your weight loss.
