Ht. 5.5, Wt. 148 - would it be ok if you were tryin to lose to eat 1500 instead of 1200 because i worries about not gettin enough nutrients and stunting my growth.

Becuz it could stunt your growth and not only that, it will make you feel hungry and sick all of the time! Make sure you drink lots of water to also help fill you up! Good luck! (Don't listen to Sarah by the way..)
