Ht. 5'5, Wt. 166 - Hey everyone. I had an okay day today. I splurged on a few bites of chocolate peanutbutter cheesecake though (OMG choc-peanutbutter is my weakness) but other than that, I did really well. Hopefully I'll lose that 1.9 and some more this week. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any really good after school snacks, or even after school activities to do. Sometimes I find myself eating after school even if I'm not hungry. Anything is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

eats fruit like watermelon they fill you up or veggies or jello with little sugar make it the night before, it fills you up and is low in cals, go biking or just go for a walk with your friends or play a some kind of game or sport with someone in your family.

Make yourself a smoothie, get some frozen, or fresh fruit what ever you desire, i like frozen cus it comes witn everything to make a smoothie great. Put it in the blender with some fruit juice , ice blend, great snack. Go jogging or for a walk after school, when i work out it kills my hunger cus im pumped
