Ht. 5'7, Wt. 240 - hey peeps! i really need some help to looze weight sooooooo bad i wanna be like around 135 pounds. how can i loooze weight plz plz plz plz plz help me! its soo fustrating goin to the store trying clothes on but they dont fit i really need help. at my skool there is all skinny gurlz and i wanna be one of those gurlz who wears a size 5/7 i wear a size 15 and i really really need help cuz i want to look and feel better and i was wonderin if ne1 wants to be my weight loss buddy becuz i need help to looze weight u guys plz respond to this cuz im gonna go on a diet and post everyday soo plz plz plz plz plz plz plz help me if u have ne tips. thank u guys so so so so so much God bless

yo wusup its hatter this where I get real edjubacated(educated)it a fun word ta say tryand say it and then read this 1.record down what you eat when you eat it and how many calories and carbs it has. 2. go threw your basic week and see what food you eat and what foods you can get rid of and keep in your diet. 3.ecercise at least 30-60 min a day do sumthing fun wether it be ridin a bike, walking or playin your favorite indoor\outdoor activity. at first you might think that its not payin off but it does in the long run. 4. like Ive said to others like you dont let any one tell you how you are suppose to look people like that have major self esteem issues and take it out on people who try to make somthing of them selfs kinda like you so keep strong keep at it andnhey god bless you just the same as you bless others hatter out:)
